Co-located properties for larger groups

Properties for groups, extended families and friends to holiday together with the benefit of their own privacy.

Stay Northumbria have a number of properties which are co-located:

  Three collections in Beadnell,

  Three collections in Seahouses

One collection in Fenwick, near Holy Island.

  One collection in Bamburgh

One collection at Tarset, near Kielder

One collection at Alwinton, near Rothbury

One of the main problems you may encounter when organising accommodation for larger groups is ensuring that there are facilities for everyone to get together to dine. In order to make this easier for you Stay Northumbria has an exclusive arrangement with local hostelry in Beadnell - The Craster Arms, and we can also put you in touch with companies who will either provide "ready meals" or in-house cater for you as a group at your holiday property. At Fenwick you are only a mile from the lovely Lindisfarne Inn which provides lovely bar and restaurant standard meals.

The properties in Bamburgh are spoilt for choice for dining out together in the village.  Tarset have good dine together and community areas, and if you book the Byre at Alwinton as one of your property group it has a huge kitchen diner and lounge.

Booking a break for a larger group in a number of properties can be quite a task, so if you'd like us to pull all the details together for you, check that each of the properties are available for your dates and work out the price for you, or just have a few questions you need answering, please give one of the team a call and we'll do our best to help. 01665 721380

The Bamburgh Village Collection

Bamburgh Village is one of the most popular holiday destination points on the North Northumberland Coast, not only because of its stunning castle, glorious beaches and "estate village" atmosphere, it's also a popular wedding venue, where services can be arranged in the Castle itself, the village church and the Victoria Hotel also being licenced for civil ceremonies. So often the pressure is on to find accommodation for larger groups of friends, extended families, or groups of wedding guests.  Properties in Bamburgh always rent well so its best to book early to avoid disappointment

Stay Northumbria has some nice properties right in the village, so you can park up your car and have immediate access to all the village amenities including the Castle and its grounds, the village green which is often used to erect marquees, teepees and hold gathering of varying natures.

Coastguard Cottage - probably our most popular property in the village due to its proximity to the village green, the castle, and the fact it has direct access from the garden through the dunes to the beach, sleeps 8 and is dog friendly.

The Hollies - Sleeping 7, just on the Ingram Road, a short walk from the castle and round the corner from The Victoria Hotel, close to the church and the other local pubs and restaurants

The Alwinton Collection

This small group of cottages and lodges provides an ideal opportunity to holiday together but still experinece your own space, whether you are a group of friends, extended family or a group of people in pursuit of a common pastime like walking, cycling, photography etc.

Choose from a more basic wooden chalet, a cottage, to the renovated Byre offering a bit of luxury in this remote spot - but you are still walking distance from a pub!!
